Lloyd, the owner provided a technical explanation why the drain was clogged and why other companies had a difficult time trying to clear the clog. I have used plumbers in Charlotte over the last twenty years and Mainline Drains is the best company providing top rated customer service. I plan to have more work done in the future and Mainline Drains is the only company I plan to call. The work was completed quickly and the clean up work was excellent.

Upon having a backed up water Sewer line that had dirty water coming into my both of my bath tubs the night before, I needed a plumber ASAP! Within seconds of putting my situation online and trying to get several quotes.... Lloyd (the Plumber) phoned me, gave a quote, and was on his way immediately. Upon arrival, he was thorough in his explanation of his assessment, and answered all questions without making me/the customer feel like I was bothering him. He did the work, exceeding the boundaries of my homes issues (insuring lines were clear to city Sewer lines.) He rechecked everything (again thoroughly and methodically - I have 3 Bathrooms and a sump pump) to insure I should have no repeated issues any time soon. He did all that at less than what he initially quoted me (which was already an acceptable amount as Plumbers are never cheap) Lloyd's customer service skill, knowledge of Plumbing State Code, and determination to leave me satisfied leaves me to say I'd HIGHLY Recommend MAINLINE DRAINS/Loyd to do plumbing work in my home and recommend him to others. He is very prompt, I called and did not expect to get an appointment with him as soon as I did but he came as soon as he could and it was the same day!
